I understand that you don't have much knowledge and/or experience in this topic.

In most of the books related with analog integrated circuit design, you can find a section devoted to bandgap reference design topic.

Nevertheless, maybe you would like to start with the video of a short simplified lecture about the topic. You can find many of them but I can suggest this one:

Besides books, there are many scientific papers and patents related with the topic which is still a hot topic today, because it is always very important to bias ICs independent of temperature and DC voltage source variations and there may be challenges during design, like very-low-voltage operation, efficiency, PSRR, process variations/restrictions, etc.
