Besides books, there are many scientific papers and patents related with the topic which is still a hot topic today, because it is always very important to bias ICs independent of temperature and DC voltage source variations and there may be challenges during design, like very-low-voltage operation, efficiency, PSRR, process variations/restrictions, etc.
