What is the effect of using higher passage number HeLa cells on entry of listeria or InlB coated beads?

I used P58 this time and saw very low entry of InlB coated beads compared to what I usually see. I was wondering if the passage number has any effect on the Met receptor expression that resulted in lower infection during my experiment.
