The best way to prepare doped graphene is by the use of Boron source and Nitrogen source in chemical vapor deposition (CVD).
Other way of the graphene doping is decoration it by metal or alkali adatoms (there was a several works) or by molecular doping.
I'm agree with Promoda Nayak , because it is controllable.
