@Sreekanth, You have only mentioned about IV.

Using current, EL and power measurements, we can obtain many parameters.

Are you not measuring electroluminescence? and what are the other characterizations you can do?

Thanks ... I measured the electro-luminescence with voltage, later... Have sorted out the details already...

Happy to know that. We can even measure device efficiency using those details. And also mobility by little modification of the experimental set-up.

The measured IV curve can show the different operating regions (thermionic, bulk, space charge) of the diode and where they transition. These regions can be related to the chemical properties of the organic material (e.g. LUMO, HOMO) and the device design.
