I have observed that both index are used in order to evaluate the best concentration of antibody in FC, but which one is most recommended to discover the best antibody concentration that provide detection of interest protein and less background?
Hello, to determine the best antibody concentration, the stain index, which is defined as the ratio of the separation between the positive and negative population divided by two times the standard deviation of the negative population, can be used as a guide.
