I see that there are many studies on immunotherapy drug Keynote mentioning as Keynote -001, Keynote-233, Keynote-522, Keynote-322 etc.
What does the number sufficing the keynote indicate?
Are they different molecules?

This is not a drug, but rather the drug pembrolizumab (trade name Keytruda) was interrogated in Keynote-522. Keynote-522 is the clinical trial name (as is Keynote-068, Keynote-641 etc.).
Do you mean the same pembrolizumab drug molecule indicated as keynote -number for different clinical trials...
