I have data on a bacteria (Group B Strep) that colonizes women but it can also cause infection (it's a sneaky little bug).

I want to see if there is a difference between pregnant and non-pregnant women and colonization/infection, and I have the data of the serotype of this bacteria.

So it is like this

pregnant___________________________________________non-pregnant

colonization: %of each serotype ____________________colonization: %of each serotype

infection: %of each serotype________________________infection: %of each serotype

I tried 2-way ANOVA and chi-square but there are too many variables and I'm confused on this results.

Thanks for the help.

(sorry for the long text)
