I am collecting in QIIME website the microbiome relative abundance percentage data of a previous experiment by hovering over each plot with the mouse. Considering that the graphs present percentage data of 50 families for each animal, does any of you know whether it is possible to obtain these data through another way that is more feasible?

If you are using QIIME2, you can click on a button to download the raw data and open it in another software. If you are using previous versions of QIIME, you have to look for one of the files that were produced during your analysis; which will contain the raw data and can also be opened in a software like Microsoft Excel.

As already answered, you can get raw data at the selected taxonomy level by downloading a .csv file with counts, which should be converted to the relative abundance by dividing each taxa count from the sample by the total reads count in the sample (multiply by 100 to get %).
