Here is attached very nice Review on fabricating efficient Perovskite Solar Cells. In this review you will find, techniques (one step two step...) depositions and composition of perovskite precursors and conditions of film processing and device fabrication. I strongly recommend you to take care of the material ratio and solubility of the perovskite, spin speed (spin speed is inversely related to film thickness), annealing temperature and annealing time. Filter all solutions using 0.45 micrometer syringe before use. And based on the size of your substrate, manage the amount of solution to be coated.
