I'm using a free trial of FlowJo v10.6.1 (latest version I think) to make dot plots and histograms of my flow cytometry data. I have tried to "Export as a Graphic" in both PNG and JPG file formats and then inserting the graphics into Microsoft Word document, and also "Copy With/Without Transparency" from FlowJo directly into a Word doc using both normal "paste" and "paste as picture", but the axes text and text in the statistics tables show up very blurry, even though all the text appears completely clear in FlowJo's Layout Editor. Does anyone know how to save the graphs or to copy/paste them into Word without the text becoming blurry?? I am new to FlowJo! Thanks in advance!

Hi! I think the Problem is the resolution of Word. I would suggest to export workspace Files as png and open it in Photoshop. Then you cut it and copy it to Illustrator or create your figure directly in Photoshop. However, I had bad experiences with Gimp on that...it gave a black Background.
Ah, I forgot...you then Export it as a tiff File and Insert it as a picture in word. That should save you from the blurryness. By the way, creating Figures in Powerpoint also limits your resolution to max. 300 dpi.
