I can only guess about your symmetry planes, but I guess you would have to use the rotational periodic boundary condition, also make sure that you have set the right origin and rotation axis in "cell zone conditions".

I used the rotational periodic boundary condition but it actually creates new walls as shown in the attached image (which I think is the problem). I have tried to change them to symmetry but I get the same solution.

Hi Mahmoud Eltaweel,

as you can see in their names fluent cannot match the overlapping of the interfaces at a certain point. I guess this is because you have not set the right rotation axis under cell zones conditions, as I mentioned before, or you have a too high mesh tolerance. Plotting these non overlapping areas will give you a hint. I recommend using ICEM for the mesh setup.
