What is the best solvent for MoSe2 for spin coating?

I want to dissolve MoSe2 for spin coating on FTO/ITO. But I can't find any solvent to dissolve this. Which solvent should I use? Thanks!

MoSe2 cannot be directly dissolved for spin coating; instead, use an aqueous precursor solution like ammonium molybdate for spin coating on FTO/ITO, followed by thermal annealing to form MoSe2 films. Direct dissolution of MoSe2 powder in common solvents is ineffective.
