What is the best route to administer antigenic proteins in mice, for antibodies production?

Hello All, I am working on different pathotypes of E.coli, i separated and characterized different proteins from different pathotypes of E.coli. Now i want to administer those protein to Balb/C mice to analyze their antigenicity.
