7 -10 days fluconazole, 150 mg qday

Pharmacologic remedy: Local Clotrimazole 1% cream or Miconazole nitrate cream twice a day application for at lest 4 weeks for localized infection. If associated with nail infection, then oral medicines like Itraconazole or terbinafine . Non-pharmacologic measures are equally important in humid climate, like keeping skin dry, keep wiping sweat, use loose cotton clothes etc.

Systemic terbinafine during 16 days with, sometimes, a topical imidazole

For localized cutaneous disease (if not nail, not plantar or palmar disease) topical treatment is usualy suficiente.
