There is no one-fit-all protocol, unfortunately. One of phage display strengths is the possibility to fine-tune the selection process according to your need. However, this requires initial determination of your goals, as well as specification of your library (display you use etc).

Could you elaborate on your project? Alternatively, I suggest looking for commercially available libraries and manuals attached to them - this could be your starting point.

There is also a bunch of protocols available in numerous papers/books.

certainly there isn't. I need to design a new library . old library isn't complete for my goal. I have to looking this by multi aspect because i seeking for new way for detection.
