Our cells differentiate really quickly in 2% horse serum + ITS and after 3 days they lift up as a plaque of cells at the edges. Will CellBind by Corning keep them stuck down?

As said Andrei, 2% HS is efficient to induce differentiation. I seed cells at 3 x 10 5 cells/ml in 24 well plastic dishes and I let grow the cells during 5 to 7 days also. I use Sarstedt plastic dishes ref = 83 1836 (24 well plastic dishes) and ref = 83 1813 002
(75 cm2 flasks). C2C12 cells grows very well, differentiated or not.

Thanks both, I guess waiting the extra few days isn't too much of a hardship so I'll forego the ITS solution
After confluent in growth mediia washed the cells by PBS than add 2% high glucose media because little amount of of FBS may cause the more growth of cells instead of of little bit of differentiation.
