Hello Gamal, if you are using cell line model for breast cancer, try MCF-7, MDA MB-231 and T47D. These are most commonly used cell line for breast cancer research applications. Also these has different receptors so that you can evaluate the different aspects. MCF-7 is Estrogen receptor ER+ while MDA MB 231 is ER- and have epidermal growth factor & Transforming growth factor alpha, whileT47D has Progesterone receptor (PR) Androgen Receptor (AR) along with ER. Also these are easily available cell lines.
