I'm trying to coat the Cerium Zirconium oxide NPs on copper tube. I have tried brush coating and dipped coating but its not sticking on the copper tube. Any suggestion for better coating, Please help me out.
The best would be to prepare a Cerium-Zirconium Oxide polymer/resin composite and then for example spray or paint the solution onto your substrate. The choice of the polymer binder and the loading of Cerium-Zirconium Oxide will depend on what you want to achieve (e.g. conducting or non-conducting coating), though.
