Can we check molecular weight of the sample in Malvern Nano ZS series ?

we have light scattering instrument of Malvern Nano ZS series. I need to do a studies on change in Molecular weight of the sample. But im unable to perform it. I have seen a drop down menu in the setup but i need some expert help.
