What is the best concentration of PDGF BB to use in Optimem-GlutaMAX to increase monoclonal cell proliferation?

This is a mouse monoclonal cell line.

I am unsure of your cell type exactly, but it seems like the authors of the attached method added 10 ng/ml of PDGF to enhance GTPase activity (related to cellular proliferation). I suppose that's a good starting point.
