We have a problem in that storage of our recombinant protein "changes" it and makes it susceptible to binding by an antibody. We think that the recombinant protein may be oxidizing over time, but have had trouble re-capitulating this with H2O2 treatment of the recombinant protein. I have been using low concentrations of H2O2, but what would the best concentration of H2O2 to use?
