For my thesis, im doing research in finding the leadership style that is the best match with organization X to maintain work engagement. For this research I'm going to interview 10 employees and for the first part I make use of the UWES-9 to see when they are engaged to work. For the second part I want to ask open questions/or give them choices. The second part needs to give answer to: What leadership sstyle does employees of organization X prefer? I want to take in consideration, transactional, Transformational, situational and instrumental leadership.
