The choice of anti-coagulant seems to be critical as I remember reading that EDTA ruins antigen conformation and is therefore not suitable for intracellular staining of cytokines.

When preparing my thesis, I used Heparin in the blood collected from rabbits for the production of antibodies. In principle, it should work for antigens.
Otherwise, heparin is not recommended in the enumeration of cells because it causes their agglutination.
There is also EDTA which is used as an anticoagulant, especially in blood tubes, since it captures Ca2 + ions which are an important factor in coagulation.
The third anticoagulant is Citrate, but in my opinion it will dilute your samples.
