What is the best anti-coagulant for blood samples so as to ensure little or no change in antigen conformation for flow cytometry?

The choice of anti-coagulant seems to be critical as I remember reading that EDTA ruins antigen conformation and is therefore not suitable for intracellular staining of cytokines.
