I did an experiment with 12 mice (6–8 weeks) using 200.000 cells, but the tumour was regressed after 15 days. I did this experiment twice, but unfortunately, in both of them, tumours did not evelop. The first time, I used insulin syringe, while the second time, I used tuberculin syringe.
Should I use fewer cells?
