Hey guys do not be so mean. I think she means her nanoparticles solution. The pH depends on preparation, e.g., if you use neutral AgNO3 and Citrate to reduce the salt, the pH of the solution should be neutral, too. So what are your conditions Monika?
In the other question, there is an answer. Search the Pourbaix diagram, check the ranges of stability in water and the kind of Ag you have (metal, oxide, organometallic...) and you will know. By changing pH, you will oxidize or reduce it, will react with water or not (Acid-base Lewis reactions). With this graph you should be able to calculate the equilibrium constants and calculate the pH of any kind of metal (if they reacts with water). Also, other kind of diagrams will help you. Please, check a inorganic book of chemistry and you will find all the answers.
