Not really (depends on the sensitivity of your detector). You should also have a TOC meter online to detect and destroy any organic molecules. I assume you have performed blank injections with this water and demonstrated it does not interfere in your analyses.

Make sure you aren't seeing ghost peaks from any dissolved organics. Also, buy some LC-MS grade water to verify it will work with other water. That is less of a concern if you buffer the solvents.
