I mean of the question is, we have two difference conditions parameters for the question:

1) We have a scrap for melting that there are in their chemical composition some alloying elements such as Sn, Cu, Ni. So we don't need to add this alloys elements in the melt.

Now, and the other hand,

2) we have an other type of scrap for melting that there aren't alloying elements such as Sn, Cu, Ni, in the chemical composition. So we need to add this alloys elements into the melt as a pure element.

So, this is a main question:

Are there any differences between two conditions (1, 2) from the point of view final mechanical properties such as hardness and strength in the production casting parts? please explain about that.
