What is considered a good IC50 value for tumor cells for animal toxins or compounds isolated from animal toxins?

There are many references about the IC50 value of a compound or plant extract to be considered antiproliferative. However, I did not find this kind of reference for animal toxins or isolated compounds of animal toxins.
