This Kaggle dataset (looks like it's originally from the CDC) notes whether the case was clinically confirmed, lab confirmed, suspected, etc. I would suggest filtering the data_field column when you download the Excel file to see all the classification options - there is some overlap in the terms used (e.g., "zika_lab_positive" should be the same as "zika_confirmed_laboratory"). This column also includes symptoms at times (e.g., "confirmed_acute_fever," "confirmed_arthritis").
