I wants to know need of fourth paradigm in different research fields. In this article, I mentioned how it is important in our area of research. I hope, we are getting big data in other fields also. Please write what type of big data you are expecting in your field which need data mining tools. May I know tools you useing to handle and mine big data. Do we have any institute/organization dedicated to fourth paradigm research.

it is a good initiative.As you mention, more needs to be done to integrate Science with other technology to produce a better output. I work in the field of antimicrobial resistance mechanisms but im not a bioinformatician. the things I highlight will certainly be different to what the bioinformatician points out...said that we both contribute towards the better understanding of a specific field.
