I don't believe you will find a special air change requirement for naturally ventilated offices. You may find an air exchange rate required per person, which should be supplied either by mechanical or natural ventilation. To me, it doesn't make sense to define different air exchange rates for different supply systems.
Dear Dr. Halil, the Calculation is in Turkish Standard TS 825, P.12. regarding the ACH standards, I think it is different from place to place based on their climatic character, and environmental parameters. For example in hot - humid buildings the air change should be provided 20 times per hour. you can see (Mark Dekay, G.Z. Brown. (2001). Sun, Wind & Light: Architectural Design Strategies. P.287.
Dear Dr. the code calculate the Air exchange rate. as you see but i do not think will find ACH as a code for offices in general, because as I believe it is depends on the climatic condition. I gave the reference in the book like an example to show that the condition is diff. from place to place. I think the ACH should be designed by designer..... good luck for your search dear Dr. Halil
