I came across a good thread from a while back about R packages for zero-inflated count data. Wondering about folks' recent experiences with R packages for continuous (e.g., delta-gamma or delta-lognormal models). Am not dealing with variable sampling effort issues, which seems to strongly influence choices. DG models of this sort are not too hard to piece together, but automation of some of the features would certainly be handy if available.
Hi, R package VGAM have the function to handle zero-inflated distributed response.
Depending what you want, the zeroinfl function of the package pscl might be of use. Here is more information:
