Dear all, I think it would be great to create our own database of leadership narratives based on our own semi-structured interview. Each contributor could conduct some interviews, and then we put them together. Maybe after coming up with a common research question, we could start collecting data. The database would also be used by each contributor to answer their individual research iquestions.
