Good morning. It depends on the approximate size (volume/MW) of the liposomal entities. Although MW is very important in determining which column is best, it is also important to look at solvent compatibility. For instance, what solvent are these liposomal complexes soluble in? Also, do you want to chromatograph the liposomal complexes themselves, or isolate the natural compound(s)?
