Means any chemical marker that is present in your extract in high quantity.

Which can be utilized for quantification via HPTLC or HPLC.

For quantitative analysis of the encapsulated plant extract in liposomes, you can go through Chromatography (GC, HPLC, LC etc. Note: For HPLC u must have the standard of your desired compound), Mass and other chemical manual methods also exist.
