Basic agape kindness. As a species, we are selfish. Basic human shivery is becoming a lost art. Basic human face-to-face kindness is being usurped by texting. When was the last time we sat down with a homeless person and ate a sandwich or drank a soda instead of throwing a few coins or dollars. When was the last time we chuckled as a human error instead of becoming frustrated? When was the last time we smiled without expecting something in return? Character is what you do when no one is looking. Society has become a do to them before they to to us. I teach in high school. Every race is self proclaimed victim, every employee is a self proclaimed victim, it is always some else fault. I rarely hear, "I am sorry". "I usually here "look what you did." When was the last time we did something for a stranger simply because it was kind and right and no one was looking?
Letting people live the life they want to live without fear of persecution or disastrous repercussions to their life choices. It applies to relationships, politics, religion, science, and just about everything. People are to focused on themselves and how other people's choices make them feel. Live your life the way you want to and don't stop anyone from living the way they want unless it affects other people's lives negatively
Reducing and eventually eradicating anxiety it produces all negative/harmful thought, feeling and action all real sin, this is becoming recognised but as most do not really understand the cause of anxiety, the low levels at which anxiety produces sin and how to reduce it to pre-childhood levels not much is happening yet. This will change once practices to make a real difference and those with a changed state of mind higher energy efficiency/goodness start leading and breeding it will be nice to have world led by the likes of Buddha and Jesus the meek may just inherit the world yet.
Everything from what’s on the news to what our parent’s tell us about life, is all in some way depressing. Have you ever noticed how we never hear about the people who do great things in the world on a day to day basis, but we always hear about the disasters that occur? Or that our parents tell us only about their failures, and how to avoid failing.
By effect we learn how to play things safe. Basically, we get some much information on how unhappy and how bad the world is, that we’re never happy ourselves.
We put the idea of living a happy life in “tomorrow”, because it’s supposed to be a big, bad, world out there, with only horrible things going on; so we’re meant to simply protect ourselves from the big bad world. If all the information we get is bad news and the sad things going on in the world, well then of course that’s going to end up being the default human condition - fear and unhappiness.
But if we showed and spoke more about happiness, and the good things going on in the world from people pursuing the things they love and achieving great things, the human condition will be a much, much, better one.
Which leads me to my final point - We speak too much of doing things for financial comfort, and not enough of doing things for happiness. And from that, we are now scared to be happy; because we believe it’s one thing or the other, it’s never both, and I have no idea where that idea developed from.
Because we hear about sadness and bad news all the time, we think that the only way to avoid it is to be financially secure first and foremost; sacrifice your happiness if you must to be financially secure. Then we proceed to not understand why humans are generally, a constantly unhappy race.
Because we live in this belief that the pursuit of financial gain can eliminate any potential pain that may come our way, so we chase it with blinders on; while the one’s who view life in positives, chase happiness first and foremost, and those people realise that it is in fact the “pursuit of happiness” that’s the key to a better life, because happy is always better than an illusion of safety.
As a people, we aren’t focused enough on making sure we are truly happy. We spend our lives in a race to make as much money as we can, so we can attempt to spend it on the things that make us happy before we die - while forgetting that we could die at any moment, so why not be happy first and foremost.
The problem is that humanity doesn't exist. There are nations making all kind of crimes against but nobody can do anything more than false moral criticisms. We are destroying the conditions of life or there is nuclear war threat an humanity doesn't tell anything. HUMANITY DOESN'T EXISTS!
I trust we aren't sufficiently centered around accomplishing a universe of finish joy, here's the reason I imagine that -
By impact we figure out how to play things safe. Fundamentally, we get some much data on how despondent and how awful the world is, that we're perpetually discontent ourselves.
We put carrying on with a cheerful life in "tomorrow", since it should be a major, awful, world out there, with just loathsome things going on; so we're intended to just shield ourselves from the huge terrible world. In the event that all the data we get is awful news and the tragic things going ahead on the planet, well at that point obviously that will wind up being the default human condition - dread and despondency.
Yet, in the event that we appeared and talked more about bliss, and the great things going ahead on the planet from individuals seeking after the things they cherish and accomplishing extraordinary things, the human condition will be an a whole lot, better one.
Which drives me to my last point - We talk excessively of getting things done for budgetary solace, and insufficient of getting things done for bliss. Also, from that, we are presently terrified to be upbeat; since we trust it's a certain something or the other, it's never both, and I have no clue where that thought created from.
Since we catch wind of trouble and terrible news constantly, we feel that the best way to keep away from it is to be monetarily secure above all else; forfeit your joy on the off chance that you should to be fiscally secure. At that point we continue to not comprehend why people are by and large, an always miserable race.
Since we live in this conviction that the quest for monetary benefit can dispense with any potential torment that may come our direction, so we pursue it with blinders on; while the person's who see life in positives, pursue satisfaction above all else, and those individuals understand that it is in certainty the "quest for bliss" that is the way to a superior life, in light of the fact that upbeat is constantly superior to a figment of wellbeing.
As a people, we aren't sufficiently centered around ensuring we are really glad. We spend our lives in a race to profit as we can, so we can endeavor to spend it on the things that make us upbeat before we bite the dust - while overlooking that we could kick the bucket at any minute, so for what reason not be glad most importantly.
What goal do you think humanity is not focused enough on achieving?
which there are many fantastic and good people given personal feelings or ideas for making the humanity better. That is good, that is very respectable indeed and even deserves a prize for its human feelins. But the humanity as the host of a small quasisphere lost in the vacuum of the Universe is without a common goal. The humanity will be to start existing when a humanity general force could oblige to follow laws on it: no polution till certain values, general education, peace between countries, etc...Unfortunately nothing of this exists at this moment in the Earth Planet.
All my dear friends sharing answer to the question- What goal do you think humanity is not focused enough on achieving?
Humanity does not focus on spontaneity of human being which impact on non sustainability. If humanity is a conundrum of human qualities that mixes - compassion, brotherly love, fellow feeling, humaneness, kindness, kind-heartedness, consideration, understanding, sympathy, tolerance, goodness, good-heartedness, gentleness, leniency, mercy, mercifulness, pity, tenderness, benevolence, charity, generosity, magnanimity. Humanity can never focus on brutality, jealous, envies, and enmities. To be simple, my expression is that, the qualities of being in-humaness are not being the focus of humanity. So, it is soft common sense question which need an uncommon answer.
What goal does not focus by the humanity also simple to answer. I feel the goal of humanity is live and let live. Die and let die is not the aim of humanity. Human peace and co-existence is the main aim of humanity. Then humanity can not focus anyway on the antonym of the concept of humanity.
We still haven't achieved the goal of meeting Basic Human Needs. Food, Clothing & Shelter. Add to this basic Healthcare. We need to focus on these before anything else.
a very good question how we see humanity and how others want us to see it is a bit like a puppet and string concept. For me personally it is being able to get on with those around us and enjoy our common goals of making the world a better place helping others to enjoy the good life and striving to end the use of destructive waste . As we have become more technologically advanced corruption and fake news has grown our strings as one might put it. This spreads fear lies misrepresentation and misunderstanding among people causing fear uncertainty and anxiety pushing our buttons to react as the strings dictate. We dance to others tunes influenced rightly or wrongly by those who are greedy controlling and want to cause destruction and chaos. Our duty is to try and decipher and make sense of all thats going on its great to want to save the world. However we first need to discerne who it is whose pushing the button in order to prevent the decline of human kind whether we live in the east west Nothern or southern hemisphere we need first to live together then accept and acknowledge all our differences and use our brains in one common goal to have a more humain peaceful world producing prosperity for all peace we should not have fear at any level in society. negative behaviour antisocial behaviour should be dealt with properly and laws upheld not a continuation of finding ways to circumvent them to evil purpose. As we become more knowledgable we lost sight of that humanity and now we need to go back to basics and rethink the kind of world we want we need people out working purposefully rather than being replaced by technology we are shrinking workforces and displacing communitys. I think technology has gone far enough and we need to go back to our grassroots
