We are doing a search on genes activated by transcription factors (WRKY) in A. thaliana, when subjected to saline stress.

Since you are working on Arabidopsis you can make use of TAIR (The Arabidopsis Information Resource). If you have a specific gene list that you are working on you can use the ePF browser within TAIR to look for the effects of different stresses including saline stress on the expression of those genes. There are lot of other tools within this resource which might be helpful to you. I'm not sure whether you need a subscription though.
