I shyntesis nanporous carbon from oil palm fronds, with KOH activated, then netralize with hcl 1M with stir, and water,
But when i netralize with water, it stuck in pH 5, so what must i do for make the pH 7 (netral) ?
Hi, a couple of thoughts (i) what is the pH of your water? (ii) have you considered using weaker HCl solutions? (iii) a nanoporous structure may take time to rinse completely clear of your acid solution.

2.yes i think so, but my literature jurnal for this research too hard for ask her, and many reference use 1M Hcl for netralize nanopore,,
3. Yes i think so,,, but exemple, the pH today is 5.3 but tomorrow is 5.0 and next day 5.5
So i so confuse, i must graduate, because not have money to next semester 🙏
