I think that LongAmp HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase is a good choice.

I would recommend also PrimeSTAR GXL DNA polymerase (TaKaRa) and

GoTaq Hot Start Polymerase (Promega).

We commonly use Phusion DNA polymerase (Thermo Scientific) for amplificiation of large fragments. See Silva D. et al 2017, Chapter Inverse PCR for Point Mutation Introduction

Pfu Turbo and Phusion DNA polymerases are reported to be able to amplify fragments up to 15 kb.

PrimeSTAR GXL DNA polymerase (TaKaRa) is also reported to be effective.

I have used KOD -Plus- Neo polymerase for amplify fragment up to 10kb, I also used Fast Pfu to amplify 12kb without any mutation.

You can using a Herculase II from Agilent, this enzyme maybe useful.
