Robotyping is now very popular to characterize the species of bacteria. I do not have a clear idea of how this technique help to characterize microbes. I need some suggestions.
Ribotyping is basically sequencing the ribosomal RNA of an organism. Based on the rRNA sequence, it is possible to know to which strain the microbe belongs.
