Dear Experts,

We measured chlorophyll fluorescence in drought-stressed and well-watered plants of two populations. We observed that they differ significantly in Fp = peak chlorophyll fluorescence (see attached image). Higher in P1 and lower in P2. What does it mean biologically/physiologically by Fp, and what does it tell us if it is different between two populations?

Thank you for your kind help.

Best,

Ahmad
