The formula for this calculation is Efficiency = -1+10(-1/slope),Slopes between -3.1 and -3.6 giving reaction efficiencies between 90 and 110% are typically acceptable. I calculated my slope -2.5 that equals to more than 100% efficiency that means they are not in range and not optimal to use?
