Hi imaging gurus!
I am looking for a simple method to get statistics on two or three signals colocalizations on a Z-stack file. I have used imageJ but sometimes it gives me an error and other times gives me weird numbers. I assume some settings is off somewhere. I appreciate if you have a step by step guide to do a proper colocalization study on Z-stacks to share with me

If you are only Looking for the percentage double positive pixels (of your confocal stack) you will find the Manders method the the best.
