What could be the reasons of protein not expressing in Bacillus Subtilis and Bt??

I and using vectors with autoinducibe promoters(Pylb and cyt1). I

have performed SDS of 24, 48, 72, 96 and 120 hours. No expression is found in soluble or insoluble form.
