Due to the lack of regulation and investor pressure oil and gas companies don't seem to publish actual renewable investment figures, either as real value or % of capex.
What can be used as an alternative for this variable?
preferably I am looking for a monthly variable.
Datastream has an annual emissions reduction score however this could be seen as operational efficiency rather than transitioning to renewable energy.
any suggestions are appreciated.
