It was developed in an analytic method to obtain saponin. An aqueous fractIon of Larrea Tridentata (Creosote Bush) was obtained by EtOAc:ACN:MeOH:Water. This fraction was by 60:15:15:15. If you want to see the FTIR analysis aqueous extract (stock), let me know.
