Vary rarely journalists are having real social competencies about exclusion fighting methods, social work techniques, social security efficiency measures, etc. How can they improve their social interaction and understanding of excluded people not having enough of such competencies?

The question concerns jurnalists -that' s very important because they have a very strong impact on their readers . But it seems to me that the issue shoud be undertaken at universities while teaching journalists and not only them, but foreign languages teachers, as well. In my opinion all the students of humanities should take the subject concerning social matters like: social exclusion, linguistic sustainability and more than these.
