I have a QIAquick spin column but do not have the PB and PE buffers provided with it. I do know however that the binding buffer needs to have a chaotropic salt. Is there any buffer/solution with which i can replace the binding buffer to get a purified PCR product?
the chaotropic salt is guanidinhydrochlorid
