I have got the response from a journal that they have not been able to get a review report as none of the reviewers has responded, and we will shortly send it to a new set of reviewers. Kindly suggest what to do? I fear that switching the journal would land me in a new queue from T0.

Hi, There is a website that allows researchers to report and evaluate the review process of a journal. If most researchers do an evaluation (either positive or negative), we will be better informed of our choices. Unfortunately, many journals have not been evaluated, but others do. The website is https://scirev.org/. Take a look.
